Vintage Silence = Death Project "NYC" T-Shirt

Silence = Death was originally a poster in the 1980s. A group of activists, Avram Finkelstein, Jorge Socarras, Chris Lione, Charles Kreloff, Oliver Johnston, and Brian Howard, created the art to bring awareness to the AIDS crisis, and they put them up around New York City to make sure that their message was seen by everyone. The design has since become iconic, turning a desperate message into one of hope. This original Silence = Death shirt is nicely worn.
