Redemption 87 was a hardcore band from California's East Bay. The band formed in 1995, in the midst of harcore's second full decade. Things were very different from generations prior, and Redemption 87 wanted to bring back the scene to how it was before, like in 1987 which provided inspiration for their name. During their time together, they released two LPs: a self-titled album on New Age in 1996 and All Guns Poolside! on Blackout! Records in 1998. They featured members of Unit Pride and Token Entry, and after their break up in 1999 members went on to play in such bands as AFI and Nerve Agents. This original Redemption 87 shirt is nicely worn and faded.
