Mutilation Graphics was a company that began in the 1980s as a way to produce shocking designs and t-shirts. They marketed their wares in fanzines and were donned by everyone from Guns N' Roses to John Waters. The company was founded and ran by Neil O'Leary well into the 1990s until he sold it and Mutilation Graphics died off. This original Mutilation Graphics shirt, with a few light spots and marks, features an ad for penile growth in their typical grotesque style.
