Vintage Ride "September 1993" T-Shirt

In September 1993, British shoegaze band Ride went on tour. The band, who were a Creation recording artist who blew up on the scene with their debut Nowhere in 1990, were supporting their album Going Blank Again still as it had come out the previous year. And, presumably, they were writing and gearing up for their next album, Carnival Of Light. It was an especially active time for the band, but then again their entire career has been active. They wrote an album every two years with several EPs in there, too, all while consistently touring. This proved to be a bit much, and in 1996 they split up. Since then, the quartet reunited in 2014 and has remained active, even releasing new music in the modern era. This original Ride shirt, with fraying and heavy wear, is from the band's 1993 September tour.
