Crud Is A Cult was a straight edge hardcore band from Philadelphia. Formed originally as a side project to the PA band Flagman, they were together for five years, from 1992 to 1997, and only released one 7" in 1994, ... And We're All Victims on Windward Records, and a self-released three-song tape entitled Triple Corpse Horror the following year in 1995. The band played what was dubbed emotional hardcore but there was a fair amount of subversion and playfulness going on as well. This intricate nuance would be furthered by singer Sean McCabe's next band, Ink & Dagger, but the Crud Is A Cult songs stand on their own as exemplary cuts of 90s PAHC. This original Crud Is A Cult shirt, in great condition, is from the release of their only 7" .... And We're All Victims in 1994.
