The College of William & Mary is a public research university located in Virginia. It is one of the nine Colonial Colleges, and is the second oldest institution of higher learning in the United States. William & Mary alumni include presidents, attorney generals, and supreme court justices. Starting in 1958, William & Mary started their High School Holiday Invitational, a cross country race for students in Virginia and surrounding states. Currently, the race takes place over two days and features races for different age groups and classes. This vintage shirt, nicely worn and thin, is a great piece of vintage clothing, in classic collegiate style and with an amazingly detailed illustration (look at those cross hatches!).
