Waylon Jennings began playing music in the late 1950s, first playing with Buddy Holly, but it wasn't until the 70s when he grew tired of the rigidity of Nashville country that he began to consider himself an outlaw, spawning an entire genre and identity. His records began to make their way to the top of the charts and his simple, rugged, and rock-influenced country made him somewhat of a star. And his fame extended beyond music, too. Jennings was the narrator on The Dukes Of Hazard. He was inducted into the Country Hall Of Fame in 2001. Sadly, he passed away the next year. This original Waylon Jennings shirt from the 1970s is in great condition with light fading on the print. Fits like an XXS but please refer to our measurements for exact sizing.
