Uniform Choice were a hardcore band from Orange County, CA. The band began in 1982 as a "political" band ("Although we were not happy with our existing government, we knew that being under Russian communist rule would have been worse," wrote original member Hanson Meyer) before being coopted by new singer Pat Dubar and turned into one of the most popular straight edge bands of all time. UC released their first LP, Screaming For Change, on the band's own Wishing Well Records in 1986 which features the vast majority of their most popular songs, like "Use Your Head," "Straight And Alert," and "No Thanks." Along with the release of their debut LP, the band created amazing and iconic imagery to accompany the record, mostly seen on well-printed t-shirts. They usually feature bold slogans, print on every possible surface, and bad ass graphics. This original two-sided Uniform Choice shirt, lightly faded in excellent condition with a few pinholes, is from the band's debut LP Screaming For Change.
