Unbroken was a straight edge hardcore band from San Diego, CA. The band, who released two albums and a string of 7"s and splits mostly on New Age Records, played the kind of frantic and metallic hardcore with emotional lyrics that is now associated with the 90s. Unbroken was an important and influential band for Southern California and the hardcore scene worldwide, helping usher in a new style and aesthetic. Sadly, shortly after Unbroken broke up in 1995, guitarist Eric Allen committed suicide. This original Unbroken shirt, with fading and marks as well as a professionally repaired hair on the back of the collar, features a reference to their song "You Won't Be Back."
