Vintage True Believers "EMI America" T-Shirt

True Believers were a country tinged rock band from Austin, TX founded in 1982 by ex-members of The Nuns and The Zeros. The band released one album, a self-titled record on EMI Records released in 1986. The record was well received and so the band began recording a follow up, but the band was dropped after EMI and Manhattan Records merged. At the same time, Javier Escovedo left the band which led to band splitting shortly after. Their sophomore album was released posthumously in 1994 and the band reunited in 2012. This original True Believers promo shirt, in great condition, features the album art on the front and the band's logo on the back.
