Vintage The Ramones "University Of Maryland" 1981 Ritchie Coliseum Flyer

The Ramones formed in Queens, NY in 1974 making them arguably the first punk band. The band came out of the gate wearing ripped jeans and leather jackets, impressing everyone who saw them at clubs like CBGB or Max's Kansas City. Only two years after forming, the band released their debut self-titled album on Sire in 1976 after they were signed by music industry guru Seymour Stein. That was just the beginning for the Ramones. For the next 20 years, they would write and record 14 albums, all while touring nonstop. They brought their melodies at break neck speeds to all corners of the globe, becoming a household name in the process. They were even inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. This original Ramones flyer, in great condition with imperfections shown in the photos, is from their show at the University Of Maryland's Ritchie Coliseum on July 14, 1981.

Dimensions: 8.5" Wide by 14" Long
