The Shriners are a Masonic fraternal society. The group has existed for well over a century, and has grown more recently into an international organization. They are known for their network of Children's Hospitals, their ridiculous parades, and their small fez hats. This vintage Shriners button up, in excellent condition, is from the Sumola Shrine Club.
