Steely Dan broke up in 1981 after a decade together. The group was founded after members Walter Becker and Donald Fagen had just left Bard College where they met. Before their break up, they released seven albums of intricate yet easy going songs that pleased critics and their gaggle of fans alike. So you can guess that when they split that people were upset. Well, another decade (and change) after that, Becker and Fagen got the band back together. Thankfully, they've remained together ever since, giving whole new generations of fans the chance to see them live. This original Steely Dan shirt, lightly worn and faded, is from the band's reunion in 1993.
