When George Lucas rebooted Star Wars in the late 90s, fans were very excited. The movies had only become more popular since the original series ended a decade prior. But Lucas couldn't just put the movie out and call it day. He had to create new worlds, new stories, and new characters. They had to be better than before, implementing modern-day special effects with classic Star Wars imagery. And thus, for Episode I, Lucas gave us the most dastardly villain yet: Darth Maul. Maul wielded a double-bladed light saber and had horns that stuck out of his head. He was instantly one of the most iconic bad guys in all of cinema. This vintage Star Wars: Episode I shirt, deadstock in excellent condition, features a portrait of the film's antagonist: Darth Maul.
