Spider Baby is a dark comedy horror film written and directed by John Hill. The movie was filmed in 1964 but wasn't released until December 1967. While Spider Baby had a small release, it has gone on to have cult status, thanks in part to Hill, as he would go on to write and direct such films as Foxy Brown and Switchblade Sisters.
