S.O.A, or State Of Alert, were one of the earliest examples of hardcore from our nation's capital. Fronted by Henry Garfield, who would change his name to Henry Rollins just a few years later, the band released only one 7" on the then-newly formed Dischord Records. It was the label's second release. The band would break up shortly into their career when Henry joined California's Black Flag. Some of the members went on to form another seminal harDCore band, The Faith. This 90s work shirt, in good condition, features a great fanmade screen print of the S.O.A cover for their only release, 1981's No Policy E.P.
