After the breakup of Carnivore, bassist and singer Peter Steele formed a new band called Repulsion in 1988. They released one tape under that name in 1990 before changing their name to Sub-Zero and eventually to Type O Negative, the name they would play under for the rest of their career which would eventually find them making Platinum certified albums. In this early Repulsion era, they came down to Washington, DC's Safari Club to play with Indestroy from Rockville, MD and Biohazard from Brooklyn, NY, an amazing show in a legendary venue. This original Repulsion flyer, in great condition, is from their show at the Safari Club.
