Blues singer R.L. Burnside released A Ass Pocket Full Of Whiskey in 1996. Burnside had been playing for decades by that point but it wasn't until he signed to Fat Possum, the Mississippi label, a few years prior that he gained national success. Burnside released Ass Pocket on seminal indie label Matador and featured Jon Spencer, of Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, and was geared towards Spencer's fans. Burnside continued making music until his death in 2005. He was 78 years old. This original R.L. Burnside shirt, in great condition, is from his 1996 album A Ass Pocket Full Of Whiskey.
