R. Crumb is one of the most important comic artists. Crumb's folk-inspired, cross-hatched became the gold standard of the 60s underground and countercultural comix. Bo Bo Bolinksi, a Crumb-created character, only appeared in three comics, the first issue of Bijou Funnies, the second Motor City Comics, and Uneeda, but like many of his inventions he was a classic. Bolinski was not an idealistic man by any means, he was a heavy drinker whose simple pleasures caused him some troubles but it gave the readers some laughs. This vintage R. Crumb shirt, nicely worn with marks and spots, features a 1985 drawing of Bo Bo Bolinski.
