After releasing No More Tears in 1991, ex-Black Sabbath singer Ozzy Osbourne decided he was going to retire from touring. He'd been touring for basically two decades, and he had also been incorrectly diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Osbourne booked a run from June to November 1992 and billed it as "No More Tours." The tour also featured Motorhead and Alice In Chains opening up. This deadstock Ozzy Osbourne hat is from when we thought we'd never be able to see him again. Luckily for us, that didn't come true.
