Nintendo Powerwas a magazine founded by Nintendo America, the American arm of the legendary Japanese video game company, in 1988 after the conclusion of their fan club magazine Nintendo Fun Club. They published news about upcoming video games from Nintendo as well as other companies like Konami and Capcom, as well as video game tips. If the tips in the mag weren't good enough, you could also call into the Nintendo Power Line which operated in conjunction with the magazine until 2010. Sadly, the magazine ceased publication in 2012, but the magazine still remains an important and cool piece of Nintendo history. This issue, #8, covers Duck Tales, the Game Boy, and much more. This original copy of Nintendo Power has some fraying along the staples, making the front pages a little loose.
