The 1991 Nike Women's Race in Washington DC was the third iteration of the race. It took place on May 12 and started at 8 AM. The 8K race featured a $25,000 bonus for the first woman to finish in under 25 minutes. According to the Washington Running Club Newsletter's, some of the runners included "the U.S. 8K record-holder Lynn Jennings, defending race champion Judy St. Hilaire, Leann Warren, Elaine Van Blunk, Patty Mur- ray and Tina Ljungberg." This vintage Nike shirt, perfectly worn in, is from the 1991 Washington DC Women's Race.
