Necrophagia are a death metal band from Wellsville, OH. Founded in 1983, they are one of the first death metal bands in the entire world. Although, their initial stint was short-lived and mostly underground, as opposed to other early death metal bands whose careers took off later on. They initially broke up in 1987, but reformed ten years later after Pantera singer Phil Anselmo offered his enthusiasm and ended up joining the band. In their reformed era, members came and went frequently but they released five more albums before tragically their singer Killjoy passed away. This original Necrophagia shirt, in excellent condition, is the first version of their Necro-Goddess tee featuring friend of the band and adult film star Jenna Jameson.
