Ministry are an industrial metal band from Chicago, IL founded in 1981 by Al Jourgenson, one of the most important bands in the genre. The band hit their stride in the late 80s as they released The Land Of Rape And Honey, The Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Taste, and Psalm 69 all back to back to back to back within a four year span. After releasing Psalm 69, the band toured for nearly two years straight supporting the album. Despite a few years break in the late 2000s, Ministry have continued performing and recording to this day. This original navy Ministry hat, worn in and lightly misshapen though it looks great when worn, is a great piece of Ministry merch, a design that was so good it was even worn by the late Layne Staley of Alice In Chains!
