In 2000, Metallica embarked on their Summer Sanitarium tour. The trash metal giants assembled an impressive list of openers, with Korn, Kid Rock, Powerman 5000, and System Of A Down. The tour spanned the entire US for the entire summer, criss crossing the continent bringing some of the biggest and best songs of the modern era direct to the people. It was also notable for being bassist Jason Newsted's last tour with Metallica before leaving the band in 2001. This original Metallica shirt, heavily faded and worn, is from the band's 2000 Summer Sanitarium tour with Korn and others. Fits like a normal large but please refer to our measurements for exact sizing.
