Marilyn Chambers was a porn star and later a politician. After struggling to land acting gigs, Chambers started in the now-classic Behind The Green Door in 1972. The film made $50 million at the box office. Chambers would go on to star in many more films and became a mainstream celebrity, eventually running as the Vice Presidential candidate for the Personal Choice Party in 2004.
