Revelation Records is one of the preeminent hardcore labels, and are especially important for their capturing of the late 80s New York scene. Their first batch of records quickly became canon. Lockin Out Records, founded by Mental singer Greg Wilmott on 1.25.03, are another era-defining label. This shirt was produced by the LOC and their affiliates in the early 2000s to pay homage to Rev, featuring records by Gorilla Biscuits, WarZone, Side By Side, Bold, and more.
