Lockin' Out Records is a hardcore record label from Boston, MA founded in 2003. The label was formed by Mental singer Greg Willmott to release the band's debut 7", And You Know This, and quickly began releasing music from other bands in the Boston, MA scene, like Righteous Jams, Jaguarz, Dump Truck, a 12" collection of Stop & Think demos, and more. The sonic and visual aesthetic that Lockin' Out brought forward was one of the most important of the early 2000s: one that was just as steeped in obscure NYHC as it was in modern rap and sneakers, that was serious but also about having fun. The label is still going to this day. This original Lockin' Out shirt is nicely faded and worn.
