In 2003, after being a band for 15 years, Integrity, Cleveland, OH's hardest, released their seventh album To Die For on Deathwish Inc. Integrity are, of course, one of the longest standing and most important bands to ever do it, blending various types of aggressive music into one evil sounding concoction. They continue to play to this day and are still led by Dwid Hellion. This original Integrity shirt, in great condition, is from the To Die For era and features typically spooky and hard art.
