HIM were a gothic rock band from Helsinki, Finland. Founded in 1991, the band didn't really get going until 1995 after a short break. Upon coming back, they were quickly signed to BMG and began releasing chart-topping albums. For the next two decades, they released eight albums in total despite constant lineup changes and world tours. Along the way, Bam Margera's fandom and association helped HIM break through to an alternative American audience as well.
