Harry Chapin was a singer-songwriter, one of the best-performing musicians in American history. He released eleven albums and sought to end world hunger at the same time. His song "Taxi," which was debuted on Johnny Carson's The Tonight Show and was recorded for a single in 1972. The song was about a taxi ride in San Francisco and at one point the cabbie is told to keep the change. This original two-sided Harry Chapin ringer, nicely faded in great condition, is from his "Keep The Change" tour.
