Half Off were a hardcore band from Orange County, CA founded in the late 80s, during USHC's second wave. They were an antagonistic band, unafraid of picking fights with big names like Youth Of Today in their songs and calling them out in zines. They released a 7", Shoot Guns, and LP, The Truth, through singer Billy Rubin's own label New Beginning Records. Guitarist Jim Burke died in 1989, and the band released one more 7" in 1992 in his honor on It's Alive Records, a label ran by Fred Hammer. This original Half Off shirt, in great condition with a few light marks, is from The Truth era of the band.
