The rock band Foghat formed in England in 1971. The band moved to the States shortly after and began releasing several Gold records. Lead singer "Lonesome" Dave Peverett left the band in the 1980s and they continued on without him. However, in 1990s, Lonesome Dave began performing Foghat songs again as Lonesome Dave's Foghat. The band toured the world performing classic songs for all to hear until eventually producer Rick Ruben convinced Dave to get the real band back together. Sadly Peverett passed away in 2000. Foghat has continued on in his absence. This original Lonesome Dave's Foghat shirt, nicely faded and worn, is from their 1990-1991 world tour.
