Florida State University was founded in 1851. The main campus is located in Tallahassee, which is the same site that's been in use since the 1850s. While the school has undergone many institutional changes, it became the school we now know since the mid 20th century. That's when they combined two separate Florida state schools to create FSU. And now, decades later, they are the home to nearly 50,000 students studying an amazing array of disciplines. The university regularly ranks among the best colleges in the country. But their academics aren't the only thing they're known for. They are also home to an a world-renowned athletics program: The Seminoles. The Seminoles have been incredibly successful in baseball, track and field, and, of course, football. This vintage FSU Seminoles hat, deadstock with original tags in excellent condition, is perfect for any alumnus or fan.
