Vintage Entombed Wolverine Blues "Wake Up And Smell The 90's!" Earache Records Marvel Comics Promotional Poster

Entombed released Wolverine Blues, their third album, on Earache in 1993. The Swedish death metalers had and wanted nothing to do with the X-men superhero of the same name. However Earache licensed the use of Wolverine for promotional material, including a music video and a mini comic included in the insert. While the band did not approve, you have to admit it looks pretty cool. Wolverine Blues has gone on to be considered a classic and helped spawn new sounds in extreme music. This original Entombed poster, with light creasing and surface wear, is from the 1993 release of Wolverine Blues.
