Dogtown Skates was formed in the late 1970s by Wes Humpston and Jim Muir, brother to Suicidal Tendencies singer Mike Muir. The skateboard company took their iconic logo from graffiti in their hometowns and was mentored by skate legend C.R. Stecyk III, one of the founders of the original Zephyr skate team. The brand made boards specifically for skating pools and were constantly experimenting with shapes and styles. Dogtown Skates have sponsored everyone from Tony Hawk to Eric Dressen to John Cardiel. This original and rare Dogtown Skates Born again sleeveless shirt, in good condition with marks throughout, features art by the legendary RxCx Ric Clayton!
