Vintage Dallas Cowboys "Superbowl XXVIII Champions" T-Shirt

The Dallas Cowboys faced off against the Buffalo Bills in Super Bowl XXVIII closing out the 1993-1994 season. The two teams had already met up previous year for Super Bowl XXVII. The Cowboys laid a 52-17 beatdown in 1993. This second meeting marked the first time two teams met in two consecutive Super Bowls. That season, both teams finished with a 12-4 record, the Cowboys' road to the Super Bowl was not a certain one, as running back Emmett Smith missed games over a contract dispute and quarterback Troy Aikman missed games due to an injury. But they bounced back and wound up in the championship game again. A true 90s powerhouse. The end of the first half ended with the Bills up 13-6, but after converting a 46-yard fumble return to a touchdown in the very first minutes of the third quarter the Cowboys asserted dominance and ended up securing their fourth Super Bowl win, tying the Pittsburgh Steelers' and San Francisco 49ers' records. Emmett Smith rushed for 132 yard and had 2 touchdowns and even had four receptions for 26 yards. This vintage shirt celebrates that win in all its glory, and now you can too.
