The Dallas Cowboys faced off against the Buffalo Bills in Super Bowl XXVII to close out the 1992-1993 season. The Bills had won the AFC conference championships for the third year in the row, led by Jim Kelly and Thurman Thomas, while the Cowboys had corrected a few years' slump with Troy Aikman coached by Jimmy Johnson. The two teams faced off at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA, and the Cowboys ran away with the victory, beating the Bills 52-17. This vintage Dallas Cowboys hat, deadstock in excellent condition with a green underbrim, is from their Super Bowl XXVII win.
