Chevrolet introduced the Corvette in 1953, essentially changing the course of the American automobile. It was a compact, fast, and stylish sportscar. Only three years later in 1956, the Corvette Club of America was established in Arlington, VA. The CCA has continued ever since, currently holding monthly meetings, shop nights, competitive events, and social gatherings.
