Conviction were a straight edge hardcore band from Hershey, PA. Founded in the early 90s, they were one of the first bands to really bring in metallic influences to hardcore making them an extremely important and influential group, despite their small output. During their time together, they only released two 7"s, their debut A Question Of Commitment on Smorgasbord Records in 1991 and their self-titled 7" on Watermark Records in 1993. Thorp Records released a discography CD from the band in 2001. Guitarist Jim Winters went on to play in such bands as Earth Crisis, The Promise, Starkweather, Turmoil, and more. This original Conviction shirt, with a few light bleach marks and spots, is from the band's self-titled 7" on Watermark.
