In 1990, a tour began in Europe dubbed the "Clash Of The Titans." It featured some of the best thrash metal bands in the entire world: Slayer, Megadeth, and Anthrax. The name, cleary, was clearly not hyperbolic. Slayer was fresh off Seasons In The Abyss, Meagdeth off Rust In Peace, and Anthrax off Persistence Of Time. This was one of the biggest metal tours to ever happen in the history of the world. The European leg saw Testament and Suicidal Tendencies opening, but in 1991 the tour came Stateside and featured the then-new grunge band Alice In Chains. The tour ran for three months, going coast to coast and everywhere in between. This original Clash Of The Titans 1991 US Tour shirt is in great condition.
