Vintage City Gardens '88 Public Enemy "Trenton, NJ" January/February Show Schedule

City Gardens was a legendary venue located in Trenton, NJ. Open from 1979 to 2001, the club hosted many of the most notable acts from several generations. They always made sure to have their calendar packed so fans had things to look forward to. In the winter of 1988, they had such acts as Public Enemy, Gene Loves Jezebel, Toots & The Maytals, The Wailers, Scream, Verbal Assault, and Crucial Youth, as well as announcing up and coming shows from Agnostic Front, Henry Rollins spoken word, and Bad Brains. That's an impressive encapsulation of the late 80s scene, and a great relic of one of the premier venues on the east coast. This original City Gardens flyer from early 1988 has wear and creasing.

Dimensions: 8.5" Wide by 11" Long
