The hardcore scene in New York in the 1990s was massive. There were factions within, of course, and some of the bands who were regulars of ABC No Rio made their way up to Providence, RI on Saturday July 28. You had Citizens Arrest, Rorschach, Product 19, and Animal Crackers all come up. And in addition, the show also featured two bands from Boston: Inflatable Children and Grinch. Everything happened at Under The Hut, and to separate themselves from themselves even from things going on in the national scene the people who made the flyer took the opportunity to poke fun at Fugazi and Henry Rollins who had nothing to do with the show but provided a good punchline. This original Citizen Arrest flyer is in good condition with discoloration.
