Bill Clinton and Al Gore were President and Vice President, respectively, of the United States from 1992 until 2000. The Clinton presidency's relationship with the LGBTQ community was not without fault, with Clinton still pushing for the "Don't Ask Don't Tell" policy in the US military and supporting the Defense of Marriage Act, but it was still the most progressive administration up until that point. The Clinton administration pushed for sexual orientation to be included in interpretations of civil rights, ending discrimination and providing protections for LGBTQ. This vintage shirt, in great condition, is from the March On Washington For Lesbian, Gay, and Bi Equal Rights and Liberation.
