Batman Beyond was a show produced by Warner Bros. and DC Comics that began in 1999. The show is set in the year 2039 and follows Terry McGinnis, a once-bad teenager from Gotham, as he becomes the new Batman, taking over for the aging and retired Bruce Wayne. BB ran for three seasons, producing 52 episodes. The show won multiple Emmy awards for Outstanding Special Class Animated Program and Outstanding Music Direction and Composition. While it is not within the classic Batman storyline, the show is well-regarded. This original Batman Beyond shirt, in excellent condition, is from 1999, the year the show began airing.
