In January of 1994, Bad Religion went out on their Recipe Of Hate tour, supporting the album of the same name they released a few months earlier. The LA-based group was formed over a decade before in 1980, making them among the first crop of original punk hardcore bands in the then-nascent US scene. They started their own label, Epitaph, and helped establish the SoCal punk sound. After they released Recipe Of Hate, their seventh full length, they were signed by major label Atlantic Records, who re-released it just a few months later. This was the era were punk bands were breaking through to the mainstream, and Bad Religion received a similar bump, making their way to the Billboard charts for the first time. Bad Religion have continued into the present day. This original four-sided Bad Religion long sleeve shirt, with fading and a few pinholes, is from their 1994 tour in support of Recipe Of Hate.
