B. Kliban was an cartoonist who was best known for his cat drawings, like the ones featured on this shirt. He drew cartoons for Playboy and collected them in books, starting with 1975 aptly titled Cat. Since then, Kliban's drawings have adorned every piece of merchandise imaginable. This vintage shirt, with discoloration and a sports, features a drawing of a cats playing music with the caption "Sex, Mice, and Rock 'N Roll" in typical Kliban absurdist fashion.
