Anthrax, one of metal's Big Four, formed in 1981. The band released Fistful Of Metal, their debut album, in 1984. Neil Turbin, the band's original signer, quit shortly after the release and was replaced by Joey Belladona. Belladona's first release with the band was the 1985 EP Armed And Dangerous, which was quickly followed up by the album Among The Living, Anthrax's most popular and important album. Belladona would go on to quit and rejoin the band, but his voice is the one that first comes to mind for many Anthrax fans. This original Anthrax 1985 tour shirt, nicely faded, is from when Joey Belladona first joined the band.
