American Psycho is a movie from 2000 directed by Mary Harron based on the 1991 novel by Bret Easton Ellis of the same name. The movie, which starred Christian Bale as Patrick Bateman, was controversial just as the book was for its almost nonchalant depiction of violence. But the movie was a hit, at least with viewers. It made millions of dollars in the box office and has gone on to be an important cultural reference for many other artists. This original American Psycho shirt is nicely worn and lightly faded.
