Vintage America “Land Of The Free” T-Shirt

The United States of America is a country. It won its independence from England in 1776 and since then has grown to 50 states with their own governance overseen by a federal government. The country touts its independence with an oft-stated slogan: land of the free. The phrase was first used in a poem written by Francis Scott Key which was later set to the tune of John Stafford Smith's "To Anacreon In Heaven" and became the national anthem. This vintage tee from 1991, deadstock in excellent condition, features Key's famous phrase.
